• Sweep, hoover, and wash all flooring (professional carpet cleaning not included, but can be arranged at an additional cost). 

Prices start from £175.00 for a studio flat - prices are estimated on the time taken and on the basis of the property being left in a reasonable condition, and therefore additional charges may be charged to compensate for any discrepancy and time taken.
